Linksdown Bed and Breakfast is situated just outside the Berkshire village of Streatley lying on the right bank of the River Thames and opposite Goring, which is situated on the left bank in Oxfordshire. Icknield Way travellers since prehistoric times crossed the river here by means of a raised causeway. Although since 1883, a bridge has connected the two villages. A healthy rivalry still exists between the two to this day!
Linksdown itself set in four acres of its own grounds with lovely views. It offers tranquility and period elegance alongside the smart and modern accommodation of it’s fully-independant Studio Annexe.
It is also right next door to the Goring and Streatley golf course, so naturally, facilities are available for guests to store their golf clubs! For guests bringing their bikes with them, machines can be garaged safely under lock and key.
