Things To Do

If it’s some time just to chill-out and relax then Linksdown Bed and Breakfast will be the ideal venue for you.  With the magnificent golf course next door, guests can just walk out of the door and be playing the first tee within minutes.

If you’re more the wandering type, then the hills and valleys of the Ridgeway path (Avebury-Ivinghoe Beacon) may be for you. Don’t get carried away though – it’s a long way from start to finish!

Or, if messing about in boats is your thing, the river Thames is just a short walk away, where boats can be hired by the day or longer.

On the other hand, if sampling what the local hostellries have to offer is more to your taste, then why not? We certainly wouldn’t blame you!
