Set in four acres of it’s own grounds and with lovely views over rolling Berkshire and Oxfordshire countryside, The Studio is an architect designed flat for two adults (18yrs+), offering comfortable smart accommodation, with a large double bed and an en suite shower room.

The small but fully-equipped kitchen area has an electric hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer etc. as well as cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery.

There is a comfortable sofa for two adults, and for taking the chill off an early spring morning or late autumn evening, there are electric convector heaters.

A flat-screen T.V. with Freeview channels is provided and guests also have access to a radio & CD player.

Facilities are available to store bicycles & golf clubs. Parking for a car is also included.

All b&b bookings include a Breakfast Box, comprising a combination of:
